Imagine building a quiet, resilient strength in your bones and a steady balance in your step. Imagine finding a pocket of silence where that relentless mental chatter finally fades, making room for you to just be.
Join me on a Journey to Namaste. Through the steady rhythm of breathwork, the stillness of meditation, and the grounding movement of yoga we'll find our way back home to the truest, most vibrant version of you—the one who has been waiting patiently just beneath the surface.

How do you want to feel at the end of your yoga class?
In every class we share, my hope for you is simple: that you leave feeling anchored in your strength, quiet in your mind, and completely at home in yourself. My cup is full only when yours is. Come practice with me.
I love the healing power of yoga, and I attract students who are eager to learn and grow. My practice is one that values strength over flexibility. While I love a good flow, not every class needs to be a fast-paced sprint.
My classes are built differently. I focus on the power of the hold, taking the time to find precise alignment in every shape, building deep, sustainable strength without the rush. But "precise" doesn't mean "boring." In my classes, we hold and we flow, and most classes include an aligned playlist (some studios don't allow music). You can always expect to learn a mudra (or hand gesture), enjoy fascia work and receive an offering of lavendar towels or eye masks to help make your final pose a ShavAHHHsana.🪻😌
I currently teach at country clubs, yoga studios, outdoor venues and senior centers. I host and participate in retreats and I offer private lessons in the comfort of your home or via Zoom. Feel free to reach out for my current schedule and availability.

Feel the breeze, hear the water, and move in harmony with nature. Poolside yoga blends gentle flow with the calming presence of the outdoors, offering a refreshing and unique way to connect body and breath.
Norbeck Country Club - 1st and 3rd Saturdays 8:30am
Cattail Country Club - 2nd and 4th Saturdays, 9am

Candlelight
October - February, multiple locations and available for events and private lessons
Step into a serene space where soft candlelight sets the tone for deep relaxation and intentional movement. Candlelight yoga offers a calming experience that soothes the nervous system, quiets the mind, and helps you reconnect with your breath. It’s the perfect way to unwind, release stress, and gently restore your body.
